At Medenjak, every cake and dessert tells a story. Since 2007, we've been baking, cooking, and crafting homemade sweets using traditional recipes passed down through generations. No shortcuts, no compromises – just proven quality and lots of love in every bite.
When we started, our goal was simple – to make cakes the way they used to be made. We knew it meant more work, but it also meant better taste. That’s why we still cook our fillings over steam, use only authentic Belgian chocolate, fresh local hazelnuts and walnuts, and never settle for anything less than the best ingredients. No margarine, artificial colors, or hidden additives – just the good, old-fashioned way, but better.

Our cakes and pastries are made from high-quality, all-natural ingredients – Belgian chocolate, real butter (never margarine), fresh walnuts, hazelnuts, and seasonal fruit. No artificial food additives!
