Since 2007, we’ve been baking, creating, and perfecting cakes and pastries with tried-and-true recipes—just like our grandmothers used to. We prepare our fillings the old-fashioned way, using real Belgian chocolate, fresh homemade hazelnuts, and walnuts, all prepared with care and without any shortcuts. Here, we believe in quality—butter is butter, and margarine has no place in our kitchen.
